Dina Matta

Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer

Dina Matta joined the EBRD as Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer in October 2021. She is a member of the EBRD's Executive Committee.

Ms Matta oversees the Bank’s digital transformation and the Multi-Year Investment Plan for its information Technology (IT) infrastructure, and supervised the Bank’s move to its new London headquarters in the autumn of 2022.

A Jordanian national, Ms Matta has extensive experience in conducting strategy-led transformation programmes that align companies’ internal capabilities and operations with their business strategies, including large-scale business-process re-engineering and IT implementation programmes.

She previously worked at ING Group in the Netherlands, where she served as Head of Global Transformation from 2015. Prior to this, she worked in leading positions at organisations such as BT Group and HSBC/Midland Bank. She has founded a number of companies in areas such as e-commerce and cloud application development.

Ms Matta holds a double BSc/BA honours degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering and Business Studies and Economics from Nottingham Trent University.
